Do you do window cleaning for private homes?

Yes - we clean all types of residential properties including flats, simplexes, townhouses and houses - and we do both external and internal window cleaning. We can also clean your skylights, conservatories, air-conditioning vents and garage doors.

We also specialise in Builder's Cleans - taking care of all of your pre-occupational window cleaning needs, and making sure that your dream home looks the way it should do when you move in!


How does it work?

We clean your windows when it suits you ~ whether you prefer once-off or on a regular basis. Our fully equipped vehicles bring everything that we need directly to you - including tanks filled with 100% pure water. The Water Fed Poles that we use allow us to reach and wash high windows safely from ground level - ensuring that there is minimal disruption to you, and no damage to your garden or property. Your outside windows are then washed using pure water only - and then left to air dry to a sparkling and spot-free finish!

If you only use tap water to clean windows, the glass will appear milky white and/or streaky when it dries, and you will be able to write on the glass with your finger (Try it for yourself). This effect is due entirely to the dissolved mineral content in the tap water. We remove 100% of these dissolved minerals in the water that we use to clean your windows!

Many of our clients say that their windows stay cleaner for longer. The reasons for this are that over a period of time the frames gradually get cleaner, leaving no trapped dirt for the rain to wash down onto the glass - and secondly, because we use only Pure Water - there is no detergent or soap residue left on the glass, which would otherwise attract particles of dirt. Eventually the glass becomes sterilized - and dust and airborne dirt do not stick as easily.

Simply click the "Get a Free Quote" button and email us your name, address and contact numbers. (Alternatively call our offices on 011 768 1100). We will then contact you and make an appointment to visit your property at your convenience.

During the visit we will assess your property and your requirements - after which we will provide you with a written quotation for the window cleaning work to be done. There is no charge for the visit or the quotation.

We prefer to visit your property rather than give an estimate over the phone because we are then able to determine an exact scope of work according to your requirements - and to give you an accurate price first time!

We want you to be happy that our quotation covers EXACTLY what you want - and that there are no hidden costs after the fact!


If I am happy with the quote - what happens next?

All you have to do is send us an email or give us a call to let us know that you are accepting our proposal and we will then contact you to schedule your first service for a day and time that suits you best!

When our team arrives for the 1st service they will be easily identifiable by the Pureglaze branded vehicle and the company uniforms that our staff wear. Each team is fully supervised, and the supervisor will be carrying a Job Card which clearly outlines the job instructions for the service (which will be as agreed in the quotation).

We understand how important your property is to you - and our staff are trained to take the utmost care! However - if you have any special requests on the day please advise our supervisor and he will instruct the team accordingly.

Once the service is completed, we will ask you or your nominee to inspect the work and to make sure that they are happy with everything. Only once this inspection is complete will you be asked to sign-off the job card.

If I choose a regular service do I have to remember to contact you?

No - we will load your details into our scheduling software, and then in the week before your next service is due we will send you an email or SMS (your choice) letting you know exactly when your next service is due.
